John brings a wealth of expertise and proven track record in all aspects of benefits administration and delivery, including operations, technology, finance, communications, and strategy. John will be playing a pivotal role on the leadership team, focusing on client satisfaction, finance, and sales.

Most recently, John served as Senior Vice President, Client Delivery at Alight after joining that organization during its 2019 acquisition of Hodges-Mace, where John was a founding employee and partner. With 20 years of operations, technology, and benefits communication leadership, John has a strong reputation as a conscientious and engaging senior executive, working closely with clients, brokers, consultants and carriers to deliver solutions and value. John’s first 10 years of experience included roles in sales, underwriting, and operations with group benefits carriers CNA and Liberty Mutual in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta.
