Scott joins Alex Ward, Rob Fulton, and Darin Brown in helping large employers connect with employees on an individual level and provide a positive benefits experience through smarter and more streamlined HR/Benefit services.

Scott has over 33 years of direct sales, sales leadership, and client project management experience in the employee benefits space, serving in various roles in the areas of voluntary benefits, benefits administration, and employee engagement.

Most recently, Scott served as Executive Vice President, Sales Leader at iBTR. Prior to that, he led the broker distribution team at Benefitfocus and managed the large case western sales team at Allstate Benefits. Scott works with consultants to help them execute their clients’ benefit strategies, delivering desired results and impact. He has extensive experience in professional sales and consulting and has worked with clients across a wide range of industries including hospitality, transportation, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.
