PRESS RELEASE: The Orientation Company Announces Karen Dwyer as Senior Director of Client Services
FRISCO, TX, April 24, 2023 – The Orientation Company (TOC), a leading provider of employee benefits enrollment, engagement, and communications, today announced that Karen Dwyer has been named Senior Director of Client Services. Karen will join Kathy Smith, Executive Vice President of Operations, in leveraging veteran-level implementation and project management experience for TOC’s customers.
Karen has over 30 years of client and project management experience in the employee benefits space, serving in various roles including Senior Client Manager and Implementation Director.

Most recently, Karen served as Senior Client Manager at Alight Solutions. Prior to that, she was part of the account management team at Hodges-Mace, LLC which was later acquired by Alight. Karen has worked with dozens of large employers and PEOs on annual enrollment project implementations, technology and acquisition implementations, as well as ongoing client support. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to enrollment logistics, benefits administration, and account management and has experience across a wide range of industries including hospitality, transportation, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.
