PRESS RELEASE: The Orientation Company announces Kelley Lagimoniere as the latest addition to its client service team

FRISCO, TX, Jan. 30, 2023 ‘- The Orientation Company (TOC), a leading provider of employee benefits enrollment, engagement, and communications, today announced that Kelley Lagimoniere has been named the newest member of its Client Service team. Kelley will join Kathy Smith, Executive Vice President of Operations, to support TOC’s growing book of enrollment and orientation business.

Kelley has over 11 years of project management experience in the employee benefits space, serving in various roles including Client Success Director and Implementation Consultant.

Most recently, Kelley served as an Implementation Consultant at Alight Solutions. Prior to that, she was the Client Service Director for Hodges-Mace where she led enrollment and technology implementations as well as ongoing client support. She has extensive experience with enrollment, benefits administration, and account management and has worked with clients across a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and global logistics.
